Probably a good thing your comments are moderated. While I'm not going to defend the President of Iran or the internal politics of that country, I find your "thots" in regards to Hezbollah to be completely a-historical and full of the same condescention that I live with here. Apparently it does not bother you that in order to found the state of Israel, Palestinians were forcibly ejectd from their homes. Some of them still have the keys! I suppose that if someone forced you from your home or forced you to live in a closet of your home you would roll over and accept that. Your complete silence on the matter of the clear human rights violations of the Lebanese people by Israel with US bombs which are prohibited by US law to be used against civilians is quite telling in regards to your knowledge of the situation. I guess you will also need to be clued in to the fact that the "kidnapped" soldier was, in fact in lebanon at the time. I suppose you were to busy apologizing for Israel to note that reported fact.
Back to Iran for a moment. While I agree that there is a great deal of change that needs to occur there, you're blatant ignorance of the reasons for Iran's hostility to the US is clear. I suppose you are too young to recall that the US had backed a dictator in Iran who was overthrown by the Iranian people which precipitated the hostage crisis in the 1970's. But I suppose you don't have problems with other countries installing dictators in Iran. Perhaps you'd like one installed for you in Nigeria. The current president has also been at the forefront, as far as an Islamic state is concerned, of raising womens rights and introducing change. Of course these things go unreported in the press you appear to get your information from.
Turning our attention to Venezuela, your ignorance is equally blatant. That is a democratic society in which Chavez has won fair elections. He's not perfect but he's not the evil man you attempt to make him out to be. I guess you have a problem with Chavez brining in Cuban doctors to the poor people of Venezuela because, gasp, they come from a communist country. Oh yes, that country has a free press that regularly opposes him sometimes in very unflattering language. But lets take your charge that Chavez uses oil money to buy influence. And the US does not? Is that your contention? If so, it again demonstrates your clear ignorance on the matter at hand.
Lastly while the US may present itself as "taking care of it's citizens" I guess the whole Hurrican Katrina event did not get reported on in Nigeria. I suppose you are clued in to the rate of poverty among non-whites in America. So while everything may look all fine and good from the outside, take it from an insider who is watching the "promises" fade slowly but surely. Anyways, in terms of immigration Venezuelans are waaaaaaay down on the list of those attempting to get into the US.
